Meituan also said that the share buyback shows that the company is confident in its business outlook and prospects, and will ultimately bring benefits to the company and create value for shareholders. The Board of Directors believes that the Company's current financial resources are sufficient to support share buybacks while maintaining a sound financial position.

$SKYWORTH GROUP (00751.HK)$: A repurchase of 4.594 million shares was spent at HK$138.321 million, at a repurchase price of HK$2.98-3.03.

$CHINASOFT INT'L (00354.HK)$: Approximately HK$12.022 million was spent to repurchase 3 million shares at a repurchase price of HK$3.99-4.02.
