On June 6, 2024, Zhite New Materials (300986.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhuhai Kaiyue High-Tech Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuhai Kaiyue"), and Calculus 3rd Private Equity Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Calculus 3 Fund") signed a "Share Transfer Agreement", in which Zhuhai Kaiyue plans to transfer 12,318,562 of its company's unrestricted shares held by the agreement to Calculus 3 Fund, accounting for 5% of the total equity of the company.

The actual controlling shareholders of the company are Mr. Gao Weiquan and Ms. Liu Liqin. Before the change in equity, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller and their concerted action parties, Zhuhai Zhixiang Equity Investment Enterprise (limited partnership), Zhuhai Zhicheng Equity Investment Enterprise (limited partnership), and Zhuhai Zhiyi Equity Investment Enterprise (limited partnership) (referred to as "Zhuhai Zhixiang", "Zhuhai Zhicheng", and "Zhuhai Zhiyi", respectively) held a total of 140,735,184 shares, accounting for 57.12% of the total equity of the company. After the change, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller and their concerted action parties hold a total of 128,416,622 shares, accounting for 52.12% of the total equity of the company.
