(600186.SH) announced that on June 11, 2024, the company received the "Execution Ruling" (2023) Yu 16 Zhi Hu 90 issued by the Zhoukou Intermediate People's Court regarding the loan dispute between the Bank of Communications Henan Provincial Branch and Lotus Holding Co., Ltd. and Henan Lotus MSG Group Co., Ltd. The applicant and the defendant have reached a long-term reconciliation agreement. Pursuant to the "Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning Enforcement and Reconciliation", the ruling is as follows: the execution of the judgment of the Zhoukou Intermediate People's Court (2006) Zhou Min Chu Zi No. 107 is suspended.
At present, the two parties involved in the aforementioned execution case have signed an "Enforcement Reconciliation Agreement", which will not have a negative impact on the company's current or future profits.
