According to the announcement of Weiye Construction Group (300621.SZ) on the Zhitong Finance APP, the company intends to entrust qualified property transaction platforms to publicly list and dispose of the existing project payment offset property of the company for sale in a competitive bidding manner, with the initial listed price not lower than the evaluation value of the asset appraisal report (Zhongrui Evaluation Report No. (2024) 300529), including 34 properties such as No. 2101, Unit 2, Building 16, Lanxi Valley Community, Lijing North Street East, Xingqing District, Yinchuan City, Ningxia and others.

A total of 34 properties are planned to be disposed of in this transaction, including residences, shops, storage rooms, parking spaces, etc., with a total area of 5,497.59 square meters, located in four regions: Yinchuan City, Ningxia, Chongqing City, Pengze County, Jiangxi, and Heyuan City, Guangdong Province. The property ownership and sales of the properties belong to Weiye Construction Group. Considering the convenience of subsequent transactions and property rights division, the above 34 property assets are planned to be divided into 20 combination symbols.
