We have decided to acquire shares of Medical Data Vision Co., Ltd. (stock code: 3902) as follows.
Since this share acquisition will result in the acquisition of 5% or more on a voting rights basis, we would like to inform you as follows since it falls under the “act of acquisition stipulated by Cabinet Order as an act equivalent to a tender offer” as stipulated in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act Section 167 (1) and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law Enforcement Act Section 31.
