(003028.SZ) announced that it had received the "Reply on Agreeing Shenzhen Genbyte Technology Co., Ltd.'s Restricted Stock Issuance Registration to Specific Objects" on June 27, 2023 issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission's (CSRC) (Approval [2023] No. 1277) (hereinafter referred to as the "Approval"). The CSRC agreed to the company's registration application to issue stocks to specific objects and the Approval is valid for 12 months from the date of registration approval (June 12, 2023).

After obtaining the Approval, the company has been actively promoting various works related to the issuance of stocks to specific objects. Due to various reasons such as the timing of issuance, the company failed to implement the issuance of stocks to specific objects within the validity period of the Approval, and the Approval expired automatically.
