2. History
P-B Systems <4447> was founded in February 1997 by Kazuhisa Tomita, who is from Nomura Computer Systems Co., Ltd. (currently Nomura Research Institute <4307>), the current representative director and president. In April 2004, P-B Systems signed a Citrix Systems Japan, Inc. and Citrix Solution Advisor/Platinum Contract to continue refining their technology and building a track record, growing into an excellent company in system virtualization, cloud infrastructure construction, and other areas, led by Citrix Solution.
In December 2010, they started the emotional system business. Since then, they have listed their shares on the Fukuoka Stock Exchange Q-Board in September 2019, introduced shareholder benefits in 2020, and also established a Tokyo sales office. In October 2022, they listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market and have steadily stepped up and continued to grow as a listed company. In 2024, they opened a Tokyo office to accelerate order-taking activities in the Kanto region, and also expanded their workforce by establishing a technical development base, Engineer Habitat, in Fukuoka where their head office is located.
