On the 10th, Kasumigaseki Capital <3498> announced that Asahi Foods has decided to become a tenant in a portion of the logistics facility "LOGI FLAG DRY & COLD Fukuoka Koga 1" in Koga City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where the company performs sourcing and planning for development sites and has been entrusted with asset management services.

Asahi Foods engages in wholesale trade of general processed foods, frozen foods, chilled foods, alcoholic beverages, confectionery, and household products, and the rental space will be used for freezers and refrigerators. The facility is located at 14-1 and 14-2 Genboen, Koga City, Fukuoka Prefecture, with a total floor area of 36,809.27 square meters (11,134.80 tsubo) and a site area of 23,849.80 square meters (7,214.56 tsubo). The lease agreement is scheduled to start on July 1, 2024. The structure is a 3-story fire-resistant steel-framed and partial steel-reinforced concrete building, and is expected to obtain a CASBEE A-level building evaluation certification and a BELS certification (ZEB Ready).

The facility is a multi-tenant logistics facility that responds to three temperature zones: dry, refrigerated, and frozen. It is located about 3 kilometers from the Koga IC on the Kyushu Expressway and about 15 kilometers from the Fukuoka IC, and has high transportation convenience as a logistics facility. It is located within a 30-minute radius of Fukuoka Airport and Hakata Port, making it accessible by both air and sea, and can also handle domestic and international cargo transportation.
