Dianchi Water (03768.HK) announced that its controlling shareholder Kunming Dianchi Investment holds about 246 million shares of the company, accounting for approximately 23.86% of the total share capital of the company. The company will undergo a second judicial auction on the Alibaba Network Judicial Auction Platform. The second auction will be conducted from 10:00 a.m. on June 23 to 10:00 a.m. on June 24.

As of now, Kunming Dianchi Investment holds approximately 660 million shares of the company's domestic shares, accounting for approximately 64.16% of the total share capital of the company. All shares are pledged/judicially frozen.
