Yongshun Holdings Hong Kong (06812) announced that on June 7, 2024, the buyer (Perma Growth Investment Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) intended to sell Lask JV Holding Co. Ltd acquired 37.5% of the issued share capital of the target company (Lisi Link Facilities Management Services Co., Ltd.) at a cash cost of RMB 18.375,000.
