爱帝宫拟折让约8.70%配股 最高净筹约3500万港元

爱帝宫（00286）发布公告，于2024年6月7日，公司拟配售最多8.69亿股配售股份，相当于经配发及发行所有配售股份所扩大的已发行股份总数约12.81%。每股配售股份0.042港元的配售价较6月7日收市价每股股份0.046港元折让约8.70%。

假设所有配售股份均获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项总额将约为3650万港元，而所得款项净额将约为3500万港元。公司拟将配售事项的所得款项净额的约2450万港元用于偿还集团贷款及其他应付款项及约1050万港元用作集团商务一般营运资金。
