This has also resolved their major issues, including internal conflicts between directors, complaints received by the company and legal proceedings against the company.

On May 21, 2024 (Cayman time), with the support of the joint provisional liquidators, the Cayman legal adviser submitted an application to the Cayman court to discharge the appointment of the joint provisional liquidators and to dismiss the petition. On June 6, 2024 (Cayman time), the Cayman court issued an order approving the application. According to the final order, the joint provisional liquidators have been discharged from their appointment in the company; the petition has been dismissed; and the company is no longer in provisional liquidation.
