Zhejiangexpress (00576) announced that recently, Zheshang (601878.SH) received notification from Beijing Property Rights Trading Center. Zheshang became the acquirer for the publicly listed projects of Guodu Securities, which was held by SynTao Venture Capital and Jiarong Investment, with about 347 million shares (corresponding to 5.9517% equity of Guodu Securities) and about 85.3628 million shares (corresponding to 1.4642% equity of Guodu Securities) respectively. The fill prices for the two projects were about 911 million yuan and 224 million yuan respectively.
According to the Zheshang (601878.SH) announcement, it has been notified by the Beijing Property Rights Trading Center that Zheshang has acquired approximately 347 million shares of Guodu Securities (corresponding to 5.9517% of the equity of Guodu Securities) and approximately 85.3628 million shares of Guodu Securities (corresponding to 1.4642% of the equity of Guodu Securities), the holdings of SynTao Venture Capital and Jiarong Investment, respectively, for the publicly listed projects. The fill prices were approximately 911 million yuan and 224 million yuan respectively.
On June 7, 2024, Zheshang (601878.SH) signed property trading agreements with SynTao Venture Capital and Jiarong Investment respectively.
This transaction is in line with Zheshang's global strategy and is conducive to optimizing its resource allocation, enhancing resource integration, and exerting synergistic effects of Guodu Securities' existing business advantages and Zheshang's overall business. It will improve Zheshang's competitiveness and will not harm the interests of Zheshang or its shareholders.
