Rakuten Bank Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido, Representative Director and President: Tomino Kawamura, hereinafter referred to as "Hokkaido Gas").

If you have a Rakuten Bank account, you can make payments by account transfer by applying with the account transfer request form.
