Kangwei Century (688426.SH) announced its 2024 restricted stock incentive plan (draft), planning to grant not more than 3.689 million shares of second-class restricted stocks to incentive targets, accounting for approximately 3.28% of the total share capital of the company at the time when the incentive plan announcement was made. The grant price is 10.15 yuan per share.

The incentive plan will be granted to a total of 185 incentive targets. For the second-class restricted stocks in this equity incentive plan, the validity period shall start from the date of grant until all the second-class restricted stocks granted to the incentive targets are either fully vested or invalidated, lasting for up to 48 months.
