Hello everyone. There is a saying in Japanese that goes, 'If you want to know what is the best love potion, ask a salamander. These creatures are even better than me.' Just as this saying suggests, stocks are essentially money, so it seems that the win rate is higher if you just go along with the upward trend shown in the candlestick chart instead of going against it. However, my stubbornness sometimes gets the best of me...This is Sanasae speaking.

This article, written by a female investor in her forties who was the runner-up in the Evening Fuji-sponsored Stock 1GP Grand Champion (21st year), is now in its second year...this is the 73rd time. Along with the titled column, I will introduce some of the recently noted stocks in this series.

Looking at the growth market index, I still don't feel the enthusiasm of individual investors. High-tech stocks such as semiconductors and AI, which are preferred by individuals, have been heavy on the upside recently and are not gaining much momentum (tears).

Still, when we observe the stocks that are being bought, we can see that stocks that are firmly bought are infrastructure-related stocks for data centers that are being invested in by major companies such as the U.S. Nvidia, Amazon, and Microsoft, which were previously introduced in this column as part of the government's promotion of nuclear power and along with the flow of equipment investment, and related stocks such as electrical equipment, wires, peripheral equipment, logistics, shipbuilding, and underperforming performance expectation stocks, among others. These stocks, which are "naturally," bought and sold, are also sturdy. Well, it's quite difficult to predict them in advance, but...anyway, if you can trade these stocks before the trend becomes overheated, there is a return on investment.

The chart is certainly a tool that reveals trends at a glance. Personally, I have been repeatedly buying and selling stocks with high earnings expectations that show an upward trend in the market, and taking 10% or 20% profits, and building up capital gains. I really want to make a big profit with small-cap stocks in the growth market, but...as I mentioned earlier, this year is also a difficult market, so in addition to the stocks selected in the Stocks 1 Grand Prix (ah, I'm participating in the June tournament), I try not to be too greedy. In this column, I will mainly introduce the stocks that I have recently focused on.

Firstly, Mazawakogyo <6489>, which is involved in water infrastructure, is cheap, and its high earnings expectations are noteworthy. Similarly, Nihon Hume <5262>, which is the largest supplier of hume pipes for sewerage systems, has a PBR of less than 0.6, and is expected to improve.

Also, decerials <4980>, which provides optical and electronic materials for displays, and Tamron <7740>, which specializes in lenses, are both expected to have a solid development that institutional investors from Japan and overseas can easily invest in due to the brisk momentum of semiconductors for smartphones.

Nevertheless, we still want to pay attention to the latest news stocks. In a market that is not easily affected, we'll monitor the chart formation of Value HR <6078>, which signed a capital business alliance agreement with Nippon Life Insurance, aiming to expand its business. GLOE <9565>, which was bought because the Liberal Democratic Party's Sports Nation Investigation Committee aimed to reflect the popularization of esports in the government's backbone policy, is also being watched.

However, what still makes us hopeful is IGS <4265>, which provides a platform for utilizing AI for personnel education and evaluation. On June 3rd, the company announced the collaboration of its non-cognitive ability visualization tool "Ai GROW Lite" with Uchida Travel's Learning e-Portal "L-Gate." After that, Uchida Travel <8057> also announced an upward revision and increased dividends in its financial results, and we are keeping an eye on it.

Finally, but roughly...Saiginia <6031>, which had gained popularity with the announcement of stock splits, continues to expect from the successive material announcements of ZETA, a subsidiary of the same group. Quolips <4894>, which also announced in June that it would apply for manufacturing and sales approval for myocardial seats made from iPS cells to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Material G <156A>, a PR consulting company with speculation due to the high demand for IT talent and consulting, and Cocopelli <4167>, which handles small and medium-sized business and management support platforms in collaboration with regional banks, which is expected to recover due to the rise in interest rates, will be watched for a while.

Yes, that's all for this time.

In my recent blog, in addition to the stocks introduced above, I pick up the 'Top 3 Stocks to Watch' every month as 'Sanae's Solo Stock 1GP' and measure their price range every weekend. Of course, there are various topics other than stocks... Please feel free to enjoy it even if you are curious or scared (lol). Well then, have a nice trade.
