东易日盛将于6月25日召开股东大会，审议拟出售公司资产等议案

金融界6月7日消息，东易日盛发布公告，将于2024年6月25日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月18日，当日收市后持有东易日盛股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：北京市朝阳区酒仙桥北路甲10号院电子城IT产业园C3B座东易大厦会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于拟出售公司资产的议案》

2、《关于公司以控股子公司股权质押进行借款并接受实控人担保暨关联交易的议案》。
