金融界6月7日消息，海南瑞泽发布公告，将于2024年6月24日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月19日，当日收市后持有海南瑞泽股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：海南省三亚市吉阳区落笔洞路53号君和君泰一期1D幢和悦楼6层会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于修订<公司董事、监事薪酬管理制度>的议案》
2、《关于聘任公司名誉董事长暨关联交易的议案》。
