According to Zhitongcaijing APP, the launch window for Virgin Galactic's (SPCE.US) VSS Unity spacecraft's final commercial flight on the Galactic 07 mission in suborbital space will open on June 8th.

In the future, Virgin Galactic will use its new Delta-class spaceship. The company expects the spaceship to fly once or twice a week, compared to the SpaceShipTwo-class VSS Unity spacecraft, which can only fly once a month.

Chief Financial Officer Doug Ahrens recently emphasized, "When our first two Delta-class spaceships enter commercial service, our carrier Eve is scheduled to increase its flight pace, changing the game." He pointed out, "This is the first stepping stone in our growth story, because these profits can be reinvested to further expand our fleet and drive additional growth."

This week, Virgin Galactic rejected a lawsuit filed by Boeing (BA.US) in California federal court, which made news in the legal community. The lawsuit accused Boeing of violating the contract to develop Virgin Galactic's space tourism mother ship and illegally demanding the right to access certain commercial secrets. In March of this year, Boeing sued Virgin Galactic in the Virginia federal court, accusing it of refusing to return proprietary information and failing to pay the company more than $25 million in completion fees. Virgin Galactic initially signed a contract with Boeing subsidiary Aurora Flight Sciences in 2022 to help design a new mother ship. However, Virgin Galactic accused Boeing of "shoddy and incomplete work" and claimed to be entitled to economic compensation.

In the documents submitted to the court, Virgin Galactic stated that it will completely withdraw the lawsuit.
