The proposal on the completion of the fundraising project and the permanent supplementation of working capital with the remaining raised funds was passed. The investment project of the company's raised funds, the "Equipment State Prediction and Health Management (PHM) System Upgrade and Industrialization Project" (hereinafter referred to as "this raised fundraising project"), has been completed and reached the predetermined usable state. In order to rationally allocate funds and improve the efficiency of the use of raised funds, after fully considering the company's financial situation, operational conditions and other factors, the company decided to close this raised fundraising project and permanently supplement the remaining raised funds of 88,863,200 yuan (including interest income, the actual amount shall be subject to the balance of the special account on the day the funds are transferred out).
