达安基因将于6月24日召开股东大会，共审议3项议案

金融界6月7日消息，达安基因发布公告，将于2024年6月24日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月18日，当日收市后持有达安基因股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：广州市高新技术开发区科学城香山路19号一楼讲学厅。

本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于修改<公司章程>的议案》

2、《广州达安基因股份有限公司董事会议事规则》(2024年6月)

3、《广州达安基因股份有限公司对外捐赠制度》(2024年6月)。
