Given that the "Unified Action Agreement" signed by all parties prior to the company's initial public offering of stocks is about to expire, in order to improve corporate governance, ensure the continuity and stability of company operations, and achieve substantial and effective control of the company, the aforementioned parties have renewed the "Unified Action Agreement."
