瑞联新材将于7月2日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月7日消息，瑞联新材发布公告，将于2024年7月2日召开第4次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月26日，当日收市后持有瑞联新材股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：陕西省西安市高新区锦业二路副71号。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于变更公司注册资本、修订<公司章程>并办理工商变更登记的议案》

2、《关于修订公司部分制度的议案》。
