Jiangsu Aoyang Health Industry (002172.SZ) announced that the company has formed a medical-community linkage operating model supported by Aoyang Hospital in its business. In order to improve the operational efficiency of Aoyang Hospital and enhance the synergy of Aoyang Hospital with the company, its affiliated hospitals, and medical logistics, some directors, core management personnel, medical experts, and core position employees of its subsidiary medical companies have formed Juxin Investment and Julin Investment to increase capital to Aoyang Hospital.

With the agreed valuation of Aoyang Hospital's equity at a total value of RMB 1.506 billion, Juxin Investment and Julin Investment will increase capital and purchase equity in Aoyang Hospital. The amount of capital increase for the two joint ventures is RMB 30.6 million and RMB 48.5 million, respectively. Aoyang Medical Industry Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aoyang Medical") which is the original shareholder of Aoyang Hospital has waived the right of priority subscription for this capital increase. After completion of this capital increase, Aoyang Medical holds 95.01% of the equity of Aoyang Hospital, Juxin Investment holds 1.93%, and Julin Investment holds 3.06%.
