会议地点：上海市浦东新区东方路889号上海红塔豪华精选酒店3楼萧邦厅。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、关于以集中竞价交易方式回购股份方案的议案
2、关于续聘会计师事务所的议案。
