Enm Holdings (00128.HK) announced on June 6 that the group has negotiated with the landlord regarding the renewal of the Shiyun flagship store ("Central Store") located in Central and has considered the leasing cost of the Central Store (based on the best rental rate available to the group) and Shiyun's business plan and performance. The board of directors believes that it is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders not to renew the Central Store lease (the existing lease will expire on September 30, 2024).

The group will continue to operate the remaining physical retail stores of Shiyun in Hong Kong, and will continue to monitor and evaluate the luxury fashion retail market and optimize the performance of Shiyun.
