Continuously improve the industry status of the environmental "sound" construction field and further extend and expand the market for the application of technological achievements.

The registered capital of the joint venture company is RMB 10 million. Kyushu One Rail contributes RMB 5.1 million of its own funds, accounting for 51% of the total registered capital. The joint venture company is actually controlled by Kyushu One Rail and is included in the scope of consolidated financial statements.
