With the promotion of the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, the trend of production automation and intelligence transformation continues to rise, especially in scenarios of multi-variety small-batch/single-piece production, traditional welding robots are facing challenges such as intelligence, flexibility, and agility. In these scenarios, welding robots urgently need to be replaced by more widely applicable and intelligent ways to meet the needs of frequent switching in the working environment. The system plans to integrate AI intelligent decision-making, multi-modal sensing, welding process reasoning, and motion planning functions, and plans to achieve process intelligence, trajectory automation, programming flexibility, software platformization, and agile application, comprehensively improving the accuracy of job planning, scenario adaptability, and robot flexibility, and ultimately achieving the goal of one-click intelligent welding, meeting the needs of high-quality and efficient welding of complex structural components. Currently, the system is in the cycle of continuous testing and upgrading, and has not yet been officially launched on the market.
