■Company Overview

As of the end of 2024/2, Bell System 24 Holdings (6183) is a major domestic contact center with the largest CRM cloud infrastructure in Japan, with 37 domestic locations, approximately 35,000 employees, including temporary employees, and approximately 20,000 booths (number of seats that carry out operation work at the company's domestic bases). Compared to transcosmos (9715) in the same industry, NTT Marketing Act ProcX Co., Ltd., etc., there are many in-house centers in Japan, and the transaction ratio with telecommunications companies is particularly large.

The company has been expanding its business since the start of Japan's first full-scale call center outsourcing contract business in 1982. Following ITOCHU's capital participation in 2014/10, it was re-listed on the 1st section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2015/11. As of the end of 2024/2, ITOCHU Corporation is the largest shareholder holding 40.72%, and TOPPAN Holdings, which participated in the capital in 2017/11, holds 14.33%. The company group aims to further improve corporate value through further business development by making full use of the capital and business alliances with ITOCHU Corporation and TOPPAN Holdings. Also, the head office was moved to the “Kamiyacho Trust Tower” in June 2021 with a view to responding to a new way of working that has achieved both telecommuting and office work in response to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (hereinafter, COVID-19). In 2022/4, it transitioned to the prime market due to the market classification review of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

In 2024/4, Mr. Hiroshi Kajiwara (Hiroshi Kajiwara), who serves as an executive officer and information and communication division manager at ITOCHU Corporation and is familiar with the company's operations and strategies, was newly appointed as the representative director. The new president, along with former representative director Noda Shunsuke (Noda Shunsuke), who has returned to ITOCHU Corporation, is expected to fully utilize cooperation with the ITOCHU Group and lead the company's development based on the medium-term management plan.
