中南建设5月合同销售额15.6亿元 累计销售额79.9亿

6月5日，江苏中南建设集团股份有限公司发布了2024年5月份的经营情况公告。

在 房地产 业务方面，中南建设2024年5月的合同销售金额为15.6亿元，销售面积为12.3万平方米。2024年1-5月累计合同销售金额为79.9亿元，销售面积为66.6万平方米，同比分别减少59.7%和60.2%。

建筑业务方面，中南建设在2024年5月新承接的项目合同金额合计为2.1亿元。1-5月的累计新承接项目合同总金额为13.7亿元，同比增长39.8%。
