On May 5th, SBS Holdings <2384> announced that its subsidiary, SBS Toshiba Logistics, conducted the opening ceremony and safety prayer for its "Kitakanto Branch Kashiwanuma South Warehouse," which will become a medical logistics platform in the eastern Japan region, inviting related parties on May 15, 2024.

Kashiwanuma South Warehouse, located in Kazuha, Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, is suitable for wide-area distribution to Chiba Prefecture and the metropolitan area, and carries out distribution to wholesale and logistics centers for medical-related businesses nationwide, mainly in the eastern Japan region. The warehouse area is fully air-conditioned and can handle delicate products such as medical equipment and precision instruments that require temperature control, also it is equipped with BCP (Business Continuity Plan) measures, such as emergency power generators and solar power facilities, and is capable of providing customers with optimal services according to their needs.
