同時，調整商業性個人住房貸款最低首付款比例，對於貸款購買商品住房的居民家庭，首套住房商業性個人住房貸款最低首付款比例調整為不低於15%，二套住房商業性個人住房貸款最低首付款比例調整為不低於25%。
