On June 6th, GeLongHui announced that Kingkey Fin Int (01468.HK) and Prime Road Power Public Company Limited ("potential partner") signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding on potential cooperation to develop and promote solar power plants, Energy and environmental technology solutions on June 5, 2024.

The company and potential partners are currently discussing possible forms of cooperation. The company and potential partners aim to cooperate on the financial development of solar power plants and energy technology solutions, including the development of related financial products. According to the proposed cooperation, potential partners will cooperate with the Group to provide environmentally, socially, and governance-compliant energy technology solutions in Asia while integrating green financial products that are most suitable for its customers while providing financial services to the Group. The Group will use and promote the solutions provided by potential partners as strategic partners to expand the Group's business scope, capture opportunities for green financing and investment in Asia, as it is expected that by 2030, there will be a demand of up to 200 billion U.S. dollars in the Asian market each year and prepare and provide the first similar green insurance solutions to help resolve the risks of floating green and environmental protection.

The potential partner is a limited company registered in Thailand with its stocks listed on the Thailand Stock Exchange (PRIME.BK). It is a renewable energy developer headquartered in Thailand, mainly engaged in providing solar power generation globally and providing innovation and technology solutions for sustainable development projects.
