金融界6月5日消息，绿色动力发布公告，将于2024年6月21日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月17日，当日收市后持有绿色动力股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：深圳市南山区科技南十二路7号九洲电器大厦二楼。
本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：
1、关于为朔州公司提供担保的议案
2、关于选举第四届董事会非独立董事的议案
3、关于选举第四届监事会监事的议案。
