金融界6月5日消息，神马股份发布公告，将于2024年6月21日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月13日，当日收市后持有神马股份股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：神马实业股份有限公司东配楼二楼会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：
1、关于为全资子公司平煤神马融资租赁有限公司提供担保的议案
2、关于为公司控股子公司平顶山神马帘子布发展有限公司提供担保的议案
3、关于为公司控股子公司河南平煤神马聚碳材料有限责任公司提供担保的议案。
