(referred to as "Siasun") held the fourth meeting of the sixth board of directors and the fourth meeting of the sixth supervisory board. They approved the proposal on increasing capital and related transactions to the subsidiary, and agreed to increase capital to Siasun by 8,037,600 yuan.

Based on the operating conditions and funding requirements of its subsidiary, Shenzhen Siasun Robot & Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Siasun"), and after consultation among Siasun shareholders, Siasun plans to increase its registered capital from 75,000,000 yuan to 100,000,000 yuan at a transaction price of 1 yuan for every 1 yuan of registered capital, with the company increasing its investment in Siasun by 8,037,600 yuan.
