Xingye Holdings (00132) announced that on June 5, 2024, its subsidiary, Green Gold Leasing, signed a financing lease agreement with the lessee (Xingwei Water Treatment Co., Ltd. in Wugang City) for the acquisition of assets in the amount of RMB 10 million. The assets will be sub-leased back to the lessee for a period of five years for its use and occupancy.
According to the announcement by Xingye Holdings (00132) on June 5, 2024, its subsidiary, Green Gold Leasing, entered into a financing lease agreement with the lessee (Xingwei Water Treatment Co., Ltd. in Wugang City) to acquire assets for RMB 10 million.
