(“Huashen Xingrui”), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and a national high-tech enterprise. Lingkai Technology focuses on and is mainly engaged in small molecule compound technology and product solutions. Due to strategic development needs, Lingkai Technology plans to apply for the first overseas public offering of shares (H shares) and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
