会议地点：福建省福州市高新区新港大道33号星网锐捷科技园三期A栋一楼会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于调整回购价格及回购注销2022年限制性股票激励计划部分限制性股票的议案》
2、《关于修订<公司章程>的议案》。
