TencentScience and Technology News According to foreign media reports,DisneyIt said on Wednesday that within the first day of its global launch, its streaming service Disney+ received 10 million registered users. Following the news, the company's stock price rose more than 7% at the close.
Disney offers a seven-day free trial, so it's likely that not all registered users will become paying users. Disney did not immediately respond to whether this 10 million registration figure included pre-sale figures. US wireless carriersVerizonIts users are also offered a year of free Disney+, which is likely to further increase its number of users.
Even so, 10 million is a huge number.

Netflix(Streaming service launched in 2007): 158 million users, 60.6 million US users (as of October).
Hulu (streaming service launched in 2007): 28.5 million US users (as of November).
HBO (founded in 1972, began to launch streaming services outside of pay-TV bundles in 2015): 34 million subscribers in the US, HBO Now8 million subscribers (as of October).
CBS All Access+Showtime (streaming service launched in 2014): 8 million subscribers (up to February).
ESPN+ (streaming service launched in 2018): 3.5 million users (as of November).

AmazonsThe number of Prime Video users was not disclosed. In January, Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (Consumer Intelligence Research Partners) estimated that Prime Video had 100 million users. These users also get plenty of other perks, including free one-day shipping.
Summary: Disney received more registered users in one day than HBO Now, CBS All Access+Showtime, ESPN+, DAZN, and Crunchyroll received during their lifetime.
