鄭州住房公積金管理中心發布《關於住房公積金提取和貸款有關事項的通知》，調整部分住房公積金提取和貸款政策，自周五(7日)起執行。
通知提出，家庭首次使用住房公積金貸款或購買首套自住住房的，住房公積金貸款最高限額為120萬元人民幣(下同)，執行首套住房公積金貸款利率；家庭第二次使用住房公積金貸款且為購買第二套自住住房的，住房公積金貸款最高限額為96萬元，執行第二套住房公積金貸款利率。多子女家庭住房公積金貸款最高限額按照對應限額上浮20%。
