American cybersecurity service provider CrowdStrike announced better-than-expected Q1 2025 performance.
According to the news from the Finance App, American cybersecurity service provider CrowdStrike (CRWD.US) announced better-than-expected Q1 2025 performance with Q2 and full-year performance guidance also exceeding expectations. Boosted by the news, as of the press time, CrowdStrike's post-market trading on Tuesday rose by more than 6%.
The financial report shows that CrowdStrike's Q1 revenue was $921 million, a YoY growth of 33%, better than analysts' expected $905 million. Adjusted EPS was $0.93, better than analysts' expected $0.89.
By business segment, subscription revenue was $872 million, a YoY growth of 34%; professional services revenue was $48.864 million, a YoY growth of 18%.
As of April 30, 2024, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) grew YoY by 33% to $36.5 billion; Net New ARR was $212 million in Q1. Net cash generated from operations was $383 million, and free cash flow was $322 million.
Looking ahead, CrowdStrike expects Q2 revenue to be between $958 million to $961 million, better than analysts' expected $954 million. The expected adjusted EPS is between $0.98 to $0.99, better than analysts' expected $0.91. The company expects full-year 2025 revenue to be between $3.976 billion to $4.011 billion, better than analysts' expected $3.97 billion. The expected adjusted EPS is between $3.93 to $4.03, better than analysts' expected $3.91.
