據內媒報道，湖南三湘銀行、光大銀行(06818.HK)及互聯網銀行微眾銀行等多家金融機構近月擬招募催收賬款相關人才。
其中三湘銀行發公告指，為更好地實現戰略發展目標，根據業務發展需要在全國範圍招聘7個高級人才崗位，包括擁有五年以上催收管理或工作經驗的高級催收管理人才和高級電催人才，要求為大學本科或以上學歷，具法律或金融專業背景，並要具備優良賬款催收技巧，可獨立主導催收技巧培訓及達成任務指標。
