Thirdly, accelerate the formation of a cross-departmental and cross-regional safety management mechanism, explore a more complete system for the research and development, production, road use supporting policies and infrastructure construction of intelligent connected vehicle products, and provide support and protection for the safe operation of intelligent connected vehicle products. Fourthly, accelerate the production and application of intelligent connected vehicle products through the pilot, drive the integration of the automobile industry with new energy, artificial intelligence, information and communication, and create new and high-quality productivity to support the high-quality development of intelligent connected new energy vehicles.
