南京商旅将于6月28日召开股东大会，审议董事长2023年度薪酬的议案

金融界6月4日消息，南京商旅发布公告，将于2024年6月28日召开年度股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月21日，当日收市后持有南京商旅股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：南京市秦淮区小心桥东街18号三楼会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计6项议案，具体如下：

1、《2023年年度报告》及摘要

2、2023年度董事会报告

3、2023年度监事会报告

4、2023年度财务决算报告

5、2023年度利润分配的议案
