金融界6月4日消息，联域股份发布公告，将于2024年6月21日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月17日，当日收市后持有联域股份股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：深圳市宝安区燕罗街道罗田社区象山大道172号正大安工业城6栋6楼会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于选举公司第二届董事会非独立董事的议案》
2、《关于选举公司第二届董事会独立董事的议案》
3、《关于选举公司第二届监事会非职工代表监事的议案》。
