據內媒報道，國美集團於近日進行汽車體驗館的招商。據悉，相關項目與國美零售(00493.HK)沒有直接關係。上述汽車體驗館暫未有實體店，仍處於加盟招商階段。集團表示，與數十間汽車品牌車源渠道有合作意向。
相關報道亦提及，國美集團在去年曾發展「國美超市加盟店」，不過後來被指「雷聲大、雨點小」。至於國美零售亦正面對困境，上月發行約1.29億股換股股份，用以結算部分尚未償還的債券，每股換股價1.24元；公司管理層亦於近期出現變動。(js/u)
