On ****, Gelunhui reported that Suga Int'l (00912.HK) expects the company's net profit attributable to owners to be between about 28 million HKD and 38 million HKD for the year ending March 31, 2024, while the net profit attributable to owners for the year ending March 31, 2023 was about 59.8 million HKD.

The decrease in net profit attributable to owners during the year was mainly due to several non-recurring gains generated in the year ending March 31, 2023, including the disposal of equity interests in a joint venture, the release of foreign exchange reserves upon the deregistration of a subsidiary, and the impairment loss on equity interests in an associated company.
