On ****, Gelunhui announced that its subsidiary, Keshiketengqi Dongsheng Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongsheng Mining"), a second-level controlled subsidiary of Shengda Resources (000603.SZ), recently received a notice on the safety facility design review opinions of Bayanwula polymetallic mine with an annual mining capacity of 250,000 tons from Inner Mongolia Mine Safety Supervision Bureau (hereinafter referred to as "Inner Mongolia Mine Safety Bureau")(official document No. 2024-131). In accordance with the "Administrative Measures on Simultaneous Supervision and Management of Safety Facilities for Construction Projects" (Order No. 36 of the State Administration of Work Safety) and the "Administrative Measures on Simultaneous Supervision and Management of Safety Facilities for Non-Coal Mining Construction Projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" (Inner Mongolia Mine Safety Supervision Bureau No. 2016-177), etc., the Inner Mongolia Mine Safety Bureau organized the review of the Safety Facility Design of the Bayanwula polymetallic mine project of Keshiketengqi Dongsheng Mining Co., Ltd. After study, it was found that the contents of the Safety Facility Design basically met the requirements of the Catalogue of Safety Facilities for Construction Projects of Nonferrous Metal Mines (Trial) (Order No. 75 of the State Administration of Work Safety), the Notice of the State Administration of Work Safety on Issuing the Outline of Safety Facility Design for Nonferrous Metal Mines (Inner Mongolia Mine Safety Supervision Bureau No. 68) and relevant national and industry standards. The Inner Mongolia Mine Safety Bureau agreed in principle to pass the review of the Safety Facility Design. According to the spatial distribution characteristics of the mine body, the design adopts phased mining, with elevations of 1330m~850m and 850m~730m for the first and second phases respectively. The construction and acceptance will be conducted in two phases.
