傳旗下品牌小潤發停運 高鑫零售(06808.HK)稱調整方案未確定

內媒報道指，高鑫零售(06808.HK)旗下社區超市品牌「小潤發」的官方公眾號、小程序等多個渠道近期均停止服務，亦未能查看門店列表。高鑫零售回應指，小潤發業務目前正調整，惟具體方案尚未完全確定。

公司在截至今年3月底止全年業績及截至去年9月底止中期業績，均未有再提及小潤發業務最新進展。而據高鑫2022至2023財年年度報告指，截至2023年3月底，集團有小潤發門店共84家，未來小潤發總部進一步優化成極簡組織，聚焦南通區域，將充分利用大潤發供應鏈資源，逐步發展成為大潤發覆蓋周邊社區和鄉鎮的渠道。
